the 4Bet is the percent of time where you make a 4Bet after been 3betted.

the 4Bet Range is a theoretical percentage of hands with which you 4bets. It is just to have an idea of your range.

The numbers are the result of this calculation :
4BetRg = percentage of real 4bet * percentage of preflop raise
