Hi! HUD does not work after yesterday Pokerstars client update (I live in Portugal). Both in cash in tournaments.

PokerStars may have unchecked the saves (about the 2 links above).

If still nothing after that,
When you are playing,
From Xeester click on :
Help > Devtool > Export

This will create a file named "xeester-windows-XXXX.csv"
(which will be saved on your Desktop)

Which you can email to contact(at)xeester.com

You will also need to send :
The file "xeester.log" which is located in the Xeester installation directory C:\Program Files (x86)\Xeester
The history file of this table (from Xeester select the game and click on "Show files" for quick access).
